The Neutral Screening Programme, currently in the early stages
of development, will be a programme of video art and short film that
explores the concept of subjectivity within the realm of portraiture.

Bringing together practitioners from throughout the UK and
Europe, our aim is to engage audiences visually and conceptually;
providing both aesthetic and intellectual stimulus. We are aiming
for a debut screening during July 2009.
